2. Shipping Coverage
Currently, UMAR LOOKS ships across India.
We aim to expand our shipping services internationally in the future.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may offer:

Free shipping during promotional offers
Free shipping on minimum order value (if applicable)

4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location:
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other cities and towns: 5–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or other logistical issues.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order through the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations in India.
Please ensure that:
The shipping address is correct
Someone is available to receive the order
If a COD order is refused or not accepted, we reserve the right to cancel future COD orders from the same customer.
7. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.
If you enter an incorrect address:
Please contact us immediately
We cannot guarantee address changes after dispatch
UMAR LOOKS will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can sometimes occur.
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period:
Please contact our support team
We will coordinate with the courier service
In case of lost shipments confirmed by the courier partner, we will either:
Reship the product (subject to availability), or
Provide a refund
9. Damaged Package
If you receive a damaged package:
Do not accept the parcel if visibly damaged (in case of COD)
Take clear photos of the package
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
10. International Shipping (Future Provision)
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
If international shipping becomes available, shipping fees and delivery timelines will vary depending on destination country and customs regulations.
